Abstract. A method for calculating of the earth's surface deformations due to atmospheric loading effect is presented. The load displacements are calculated by the expansion coefficients of the surface atmospheric pressure fields of the European ERA5 reanalysis project for the spherical functions, as well as the load Love numbers that we calculated earlier. The results of calculation of atmospheric deformations for Baksan station are presented.
